I’m very disappointed with my experience at The Brick Park Royal. I purchased a sofa from this location and paid extra for a 5-year warranty. After just 2 years, I needed to use the warranty due to an issue, but I was not given proper service. I followed all the steps, submitted photos and forms, and later received a voicemail saying the issue is not covered. As a realtor and interior designer, I’ve worked with many moving and delivery services — and The Brick’s delivery experience was by far the most efficient I’ve encountered. The real-time tracking system was incredibly helpful, letting me follow the truck online and know exactly when to expect arrival. I also received a text and a courteous call when they were just minutes away. The delivery team was prompt, professional, and very respectful. Highly impressed — a seamless, five-star experience!
