5 stars to Graham and Gregg, 1 star to the Asian employee who came spoke with Gregg about a mistake he had made earlier in the day. The way you talked to him while me and my wife were standing there was unacceptable and you should apologize. He made a mistake and apologized but the way u talked to him is not the way. I almost wanted to hug the poor fella.. Gregg you’re awesome and don’t let this screw up your day

I had a problem with a loveseat I recently purchased. I spoke to a manager at the Nanaimo location who, without hesitation, had the piece picked up and gave me a full refund. I then bought a different loveseat at The Brick and look forward to its delivery in a few days.
I purchased a power recliner loveseat from The Brick in Nanaimo. BC and got delivery right on time today! The Brick Driver and Swamper Guy unpacked it, carefully brought it in my house, set it up, and plugged it in! DONE! Ten minutes after they left my Good Girl Mara (Dog) and I tried it out and zzzzzzzzzzzz. THANKS!
