I went to the Brick to look for a new bed. Tom H was extremely helpful, pleasant and easy to deal with. I am extremely happy with my choice of an adjustable bed. Thanks for your help Tom.
Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. We ordered furniture for our new home and were quoted a certain delivery timeframe, but everything ended up arriving about 2 weeks later than promised. To make matters worse, our $500+ ottoman arrived with a gouge in the side. We were told customer service would reach out regarding a partial refund for the damage.
