when we got are recliner one had a bit of a rip in one chair but thay replaced it with another chair. so over all it was good.
Good customer service in the store, and delivery personnel courteous and efficient.
Friendly sales person, good experience with purchase. There was a 7 week wait for the complete table set but we expected this. Everything came as ordered, very happy with the table set. Delivery was excellent.
Had a great experience at The Brick! Nisha was super helpful and patient, taking the time to explain all the mattress options and their qualities. Thanks to her, we found the perfect bed. She made the whole process easy and stress-free. Highly recommend asking for Nisha when you visit. The delivery guy was also great—very careful and set everything up perfectly.
