This was our first experience with the Brick, and we'll be back in the near future! Chris at the Duncan store was very friendly and helpful. The delivery was punctual, and the chaps again were very nice!

I want to thank the managers at Duncan Brick!! When I chose my first chair for my needs I got it wrong. It was so nice to be able to explain, be heard and then be helped so genuinely! I now have the right chair for me to be comfortable through my knee surgery. Thank you!!! That's what I call good customer service. The new chair is fabulous. The delivery team were great both times.
