Went in to buy some couches and a TV, Monika had helped me pick out the couches I wanted and got me the best price she could. Overall I'm very happy with my service and the products I bought. 10 out of 10 service, great store and great staff.
Monika provided excellent service. She was helpful, knowledgable and not at all pushy. I plan to make another purchase through her soon. The Brick gets 5 stars.
There was miscommunication between myself and an employee regarding a dishwasher that I agreed to buy. Then the employee was off and someone had sold the floor model which I was hoping to pick up a couple days after the initial conversation. When I called the Brick and they told me it was sold I was upset and they went above and beyond and gave me a better dishwasher for the same price and I was happy!! I appreciate what they did for me and will continue to shop there!
Have purchased a couple of beds and an oven, among other items, from the brick in Port Alberni. Have to say both times the experience was flawless and the customer service at this location is exceptional. Definitely recommend.
