We have been long time customers of the Brick in Whitehorse, almost 20 years now. We were very excited to replace our original oven with a new Cafe Convection GE Appliance purchased from your store. Unfortunately, the oven broke down after two weeks. GE Warranty Service was not excellent. Out of frustration I visited the Whitehorse Brick store and within 2 minutes of hearing our plight, the manger took control of the debacle rescuing my family.
