They act all nice when you're buying, but once the sale is done, they couldn't care less. I bought a stove around early 2025, and within a month and a half, it started having issues. Tried calling The Brick for help, but all they did was give me the manufacturer's phone number. Seriously? They sold me the appliance, but can't even bother to help with anything. Now I'm stuck with this problem, and I have no idea when it'll be fixed. This deserves zero stars. Absolutely unacceptable!
I have my own salesman who is awesome. His name is Chris. Every time my wife and I go see him everything just works out and makes sense. Hell of a guy too
Dealing with Chris was great! We didn't feel pressured nor did we feel like a vulture was circling us as we browsed the store. He was very knowledgeable and offered helpful information when we needed it. We are very happy with the washing machine we purchased and will be calling in him again when we shop for a bed.
