Top rate customer service. We went in looking for a sofa bed that showed on the website. It was not in stock but Katherine showed us a different floor model that turned out to be a much better fit for us. Katherine then went over and above to make sure our purchase was apart and ready for us to pickup early the next morning. Unit looks awesome in our sunroof and works awesome. Highly recommend! We have purchased three appliances, two beds, two end tables from the Hanna Brick store. They have done a great job with giving us the best deals possible and matched another store's prices.
