I ordered couches, an entertainment unit, kitchen table and chairs, and an ottoman from The Brick in North Regina. It was shipped from Estevan due to my location. Half of my order has still not been shipped. The entertainment unit didn't come with any hardware. I reached out to The Brick in North Regina where I placed the order but they said it was up to The Brick in Estevan to rectify the situation as that's where the order was shipped from. Worst shopping experience ever. The brick delivered my product damaged and refused to take responsibility. Out $1600. Total scam. Will never shop here again and encourage others to stay away. DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE!

The boyfriend and I bought a dryer from The Brick in Estevan, long story short we have had it less than six months and it just died one day and won’t turn on. It’s giving error codes that were explained to the brick associate and we were told that they don’t have anything to do with warranty and that we would have to call Maytag themselves to get the dryer fixed.
