I recently purchased a new mattress and I was initially pretty hesitant because it had only been about six years since my last purchase. I was unsure a bit skeptical, but the sales person Jay was incredibly knowledgable and encouraging, he took the time to understand my concerns and help me find the right mattress that suits me. I feel confident about my purchase now and I really appreciate the excellent service.
It was just about 8 mins before closing and with a smile and great customer service, Ramneek the sales associate had pleasantly entertained us with our interest in purchasing a refrigerator. It’s very rare that such sales associate would be there when store is closing. However, with Ramneek being knowledgeable and responsible to her job - thank you, Ramneek and this is very well appreciated!

Edit: Brick, I am not going to communicate with you anymore as I was told that kitchener store is not going to waste their manpower on my petty issue. Also, I already had the same communication over and over again (repeating everything multiple times to multiple persons) with the executives and I AM DONE.
