I ordered some furniture and 1 piece was delivered falling apart (not from the delivery guys, they were great) and 2 other pieces are back ordered 3 MONTHS. I'm trying to get my money back from the 2 backordered pieces but no one can seem to give me a straight answer or knows what they're doing. I've talked to them 5 times on the phone and will have to go in for a second time... DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!!

We went to the Brick in Laval where we have purchased all of our appliences since 40 years . As we are walking in Mr Frank Baratta welcomes us, We introduced ourselves , and Frank being a gentleman understood our needs. We are shopping for a new kitchen ,,,Frank has a particular way of dealing with customers. He is straight forward and no going around the bush. My mom came in to the Langley store last week as she purchased a mattress there a year ago and we suffered a horrible flood and lost our home and its currently being restored, insurance is replacing the mattress so she came in to get help with her old receipt and the price of what the closest replacement model would be. Some rude man just kept telling her she had to buy something? She clearly asked for a receipt for a purchase she already made and what the replacement model would be so INSURANCE COULD REPLACE IT. I bought a TV on Monday boxing day. they act like they are your best friend until you pay and walk out of the store. Now try get a hold of the manager by phone to ask questions. No one answers, when they do answer the phone, they just say hello. Not hello this is the brick. Then they put you on hold and no one comes back. if they do come back, they say the person you are asking for is busy every time even the manager of the store. I had the pleasure of meeting Gavin Cawley in Hinton. He was working at the store here in Hinton. He definitely reminds me of a younger version of Brian Gouthro. I feel he will certainly be very successful and own many stores, if he continues offering this style of service to the customer. Could not ask for a better representative. Young, polite, knowledgeable, down to earth, ready and eager to make that deal. You have done well having this young man as a representative for The Brick.
