The freezer my parents bought from different Brick store stopped working after just a few months. It was under warranty by the manufacturer, but when they tried to return it and get a replacement, they were asked to provide a $300 deposit. This didn't sound right so they asked me for help. So we were to have a couch delivered today and low and behold, 2 inches of snow and the truck cannot back into the driveway. So we called to get our money back and that can't happen until the item gets delivered back into the warehouse. Can someone tell me how some some people get their drivers license for driving in Canada. Considering we had a 5 tonne truck back into the driveway 30 minutes before this one and they had no problem???
This was the worst furniture purchasing experience I have ever had. The products delivered were made of materials different from those advertised on the company’s website. Additionally, the delivery personnel did not wear protective booties and left a mess after completing the delivery. I would strongly recommend avoiding this store and considering other options if you expect quality products and professional service.
I had a warranty claim. The staff gave me a number to the warranty company. Everything thing with that was great no problems. The warranty covered the item. I Called the Brick ordered a new replacement of the item. No problem, but I had to wait 13 days for delivery of this item . When the item was delivered the box of this item was opened and damaged. If you want the worst possible customer service and a salesperson that doesn't follow through on his promises then the Brick in Canmore is the store for you. The Brick provides you a delivery date that is not met and doesn't bother to call to tell you it will not be met. They don't seem to care that a person takes time off work to be home. I absolutely love my Talia table and 6 chairs. The product is exceptional quality and beyond my expectations. Katherine was amazing and the service was excellent. Delivery guys were great and put the table together and checked for damage. Easy to put the chairs together and they look amazing. I highly recommend this product and The Brick.
The brick cornwall ontario I called to do a mattress exchange. I delt with the lady of customer service at the cornwall store The service i got from her was excellent no games no playing around She got on the phone and i told her what i wanted to do wow was done in maybe 5 minutes or less.
