Extremely disappointing experience with this company and their customer service. We ordered a refrigerator and a coffee machine at the end of October with a promised delivery for November. After several delays and no explanation or apology, the refrigerator finally arrived in mid-December — but it was badly damaged. We had to return it and I was forced to buy a temporary refrigerator.
