I bought a TV on Monday boxing day. they act like they are your best friend until you pay and walk out of the store. Now try get a hold of the manager by phone to ask questions. No one answers, when they do answer the phone, they just say hello. Not hello this is the brick. Then they put you on hold and no one comes back. if they do come back, they say the person you are asking for is busy every time even the manager of the store. I had the pleasure of meeting Gavin Cawley in Hinton. He was working at the store here in Hinton. He definitely reminds me of a younger version of Brian Gouthro. I feel he will certainly be very successful and own many stores, if he continues offering this style of service to the customer. Could not ask for a better representative. Young, polite, knowledgeable, down to earth, ready and eager to make that deal. You have done well having this young man as a representative for The Brick.
