Had a tremendous experience at The Brick in Courtenay! I went in multiple times trying to find the exact right couch for my new apartment and the staff were always friendly and never pushy. They let me sit on every single couch multiple times, talking over features, options for modular set ups and financing. In the end, the couch I picked, I picked with the confidence of having tried it out many times to know it was just the right fit. Delivered faulty equipment and took no responsibility. Terrible customer service. Shameful.
Amazing service and very friendly atmosphere! My fiance and I went in looking for a new mattress. Makayla was so helpful and kind. We didn't feel rushed at all! We could take our time. Laying on each mattress for a few minutes each till we made a final decision. Even got to sit and get a massage in the massage chairs. Played some basketball while my partner finalized the deal. Overall an awesome experience. Can't wait to sleep in our new mattress this weekend!!
