We had a wonderful experience with the team here. There was an issue with the original product due to manufacturer not supplying the right measurements, the team at the brick was all over it working with us to find the washing machine that fits our space and measure it on the floor to make sure everything fits. They took what could have been a bad experience and turned it around and made it amazing.
This location is fantastic. I had some issues with the Vaughan location, but Sam, Jalal, and the delivery driver here completely turned things around. Sam was incredibly efficient, professional, and went above and beyond to help me. Jalal was supportive while I worked through the issues from the other store, and the delivery was quick, smooth, and handled by such a friendly driver. Excellent experience all around, truly appreciate the team here!
