I left a review in January, and I'm updating it now because my experience has only gotten worse. If I could give this store a -0, I would. I will NEVER do business here again. The manager is unhelpful and doesn't seem to know his job. I purchased a mattress in January that was clearly old and used. When I requested a refund, they refused to give me back my $600 and insisted I take another mattress, which I didn't want. The mattress I ended up with started sinking in less than a month. Jalal helped me and was so incredibly helpful and was very understanding. 10/10 recommended
I don't recommend working there at all. They wasted my time and energy by making a simple part-time, minimum-wage customer service position seem like a huge deal. After calling me back for a second interview, they rejected me anyway, which they could have easily done after the first round.
