The delivery was fine, however a few missing screws and one board was cracked in half... I doubt if that was an issue with the driver but more likely on how it was packaged... I did make it work though... but it took more than 10 minutes to assemble - 2 hours for two seniors so not too shabby...
The salespersons are on commission and are motivated to push you toward purchasing more and the one assigned to me was not an exception. Finally I chose my bed set and purchased it. There was a problem with the dresser. I submitted my request immediately but it took 2-3 weeks to send someone to inspect it. It needed a simple railing but it took 4 moths to come back and fix it. But after fixing it there was another problem for exactly same spot. The technician was incompetent and rude as well. I pointed to the new problem but... read more
