I would like to share an amazing experience which we had at Brick - North York location. I would esp. like to mention - 2 people - Divya Karthick (Sales Rep.) and Mr Ashok (Manager) who went out of their way to solve our issues regarding a color mismatch delivery. They were very helpful in resolving the issues. I highly recommend them and this store.
Asked the delivery crew to use the boot protectors while entering my apartment. 1 did, the other did not and brought mud and snow through my apartment. I also confirmed with the brick that my old box spring would be removed and paid for the bag but the delivery crew said that was not on their invoice and left the box spring.
The service was very friendly, professional
