I came into the store ready to order a set we had picked out in another city (support local when you can!) I explained to Susan the frustration we had experienced trying to get something that wouldn’t take until the end of August to arrive. She went above and beyond to get me a price on a clearance floor model to take home that day, a set better than the one we were going to order originally. Her sense of humor helped the process run smoothly, and you can tell she really appreciated our business.
