Met with Susan Preston in Moose Jaw while looking for a sofa and love seat. The model we were looking for was not at this location. Susan found it in Regina, however once there, we didn’t like it but found something else. We returned to see Susan, who was very helpful and actually saved us money by pointing out that the set we chose had a matching ottoman, which we didn’t realize and we were going to custom order one. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Thank you Susan.

Annie was helpful and though suggested extended warranty didn't push. And was clear that we couldn't use it for appliances which is probably what we would consider if we didn't have to use the feature. Thankyou for that transparency Annie. We can't add photo as it won't we delivered until Tuesday.
