My husband and I went to The Brick, Brockville on Friday, September 19th. We had the most amazing Sales Consultant - Ryan Walker! He was able to get us some amazing deals and we are so excited to see our new furniture when it arrives in our new place. Not only was Ryan an amazing Sales Consultant, but he also showed compassion and patience. My husband uses a walker and he had to sit at various times throughout the time we spent in the store. Get delivery team, polite, neat and knew what they are doing
I had an excellent experience. The staff are knowledgeable, they got me exactly the mattress I wanted, and it just so happened there was one on site, so I had my new bed by that afternoon.. right down to the delivery guys, I couldn't have asked for more. But there is more.! I slept like a baby that night and have since.! Thank you.!
