Should be 0 stars. Customer service skills are non-existent and just plain incompetent employees. I was looking for a new fridge and finally found a GE model that would fit (needed specific counter-depth dimensions for my small kitchen). It was on sale and said delivery for Mar 11th online, and was told over the phone Mar 11th as well. I was 32 weeks pregnant at the time of purchase (Feb 22), so that delivery date was good because I didn't want to have any unnecessary people in my house with newborns. My salesperson, Spencer, was great... when I had to change the size of fridge I ordered... it was done in a heartbeat. Where the wheels fell off was communication between warehouse, delivery and the store. My delivery was all set, but nobody called to tell me the stove was on back order. I found out by accident when calling to confirm the delivery date. Because of the stove, the whole order was split in 2... no problem... but pick up of the old fridge.... which I paid for... was ommitted. The fridge sat on my porch until the... read more
