Great service, left us to make decisions but answered all of the questions we had.
Sales team made four mistakes worst of which was suggesting my wife and I were fabricating the chain of events that took place, we were shocked. The three delivery fellas were polite, solved an issue created by sales and removed their footwear when entering our home so a shout out to them. The heated exchange with the salesman was inexcusable. There are two ways to handle issues and he just chose the wrong one::
Excellent customer service! Great communication with respect to delivery. We knew very well when to expect them. Friendly and courteous. Great people! Plus the sales rep worked very hard to find every discount possible!
