Sian and Evette were very supportive and helpful. They helped handle the return of my faulty GE stove with the manufacturer and myself. Sian made sure I was looked after and did follow up with GE and myself. GE was very amazing in ensuring I got a stove that worked at no cost to me. I definitely recommend the Powell River Brick and GE. Thankyou.

Purchased a dishwasher from the Brick, after being installed, the technician deemed it faulty. A new unit was ordered. I enquired if the Brick would cover the reinstallation cost, Evette said no. I asked why guaranteed pricing wasn't explained to me, and she didn't know there was a Black Friday sale going on. I still have the faulty unit as there's been no phone call back. Bought an upright freezer. Wanted it delivered, it was a Saturday. Turns out the sales lady in the store has no control on how to do it.??? When we finally recieved , freezer did not work because it was too small so we had to return it,all within 30 day policy and only to find out there is a 15% restocking fee which is not noted on the reciept nor does the sales rep inform you of it. We recently made several appliance purchases from The Brick (Powell River) and were very pleased with the sales people, the after purchase service, and the delivery men (these two men went above and beyond our expectations and were so polite and friendly… ). We are extremely happy with our appliances. Thank you to all involved!
