I ordered a couch in store and had it delivered 2 weeks later, only to find out it wouldn't fit up the stairs into my apartment. That's where the stress began and quickly ended after speaking to the store manager Ken. I was able to pick another couch with full credit from my original purchase. I expected to lose my delivery fee but they were kind enough to schedule another delivery for me without extra cost.
