The driver were great and respectful. The office coordinator very poor. I work 30 min from home and asked for a call before showing up. Drivers unaware of this request and had to wait 45 min till I got home. When office called to confirm delivery I had to ask for a supervisor because individual would not listen to what I was asking for. Very painful to have to explain several times, poor communication.
