Brandi was wonderful to work with! She was very kind, knowledgeable, and gave us space to look around while still being available for any questions or guidance. She made the experience easy and enjoyable. We’d definitely recommend her if you’re shopping at The Brick!
Purchased multiple items here. Service has been good so far. Only negative has been policy discrepancies between the local store and 'head office'. But that's more the fault of The Brick as a company and not the local store.
