We originally went shopping on Boxing Day looking to replace an old worn out sectional in our rumpus room in the basement. We were greeted by Kartik who was super friendly, very knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and eventually we left the store ordering a matching set for our living room as well. We highly recommend the Brick and Kartik and will seek him out every time we are in need of new furniture or appliances in the future.
We found the sofa & love seat that was perfect for our home thanks to Kartik. Kartik was knowledgeable about the products & very helpful in assisting us, he explained the options of each style and checked availability dates before placing our order. Having the items on display for us to look at & try out made our decision so much easier, no guess work.The furniture arrived on time & was delivered on the day we arranged. I would recommend The Brick to anyone looking for furniture, great selection & great staff
Truly the best sales team and staff we’ve ever dealt with in our many years, in different provinces, and towns. Our fridge warranty was dealt with promptly! We just bought a new sectional and Kartik Sharma was an absolute gem to deal with! Asked questions. Answered our questions and made sure we were completely satisfied with our choice. We’ll be back!
