One of the worst shopping experiences I have ever had, I would give 0 stars if I could. And when I went back to try and resolve the issue it was a nightmare to deal with. Everything was no or can't, there was zero concern given and nothing done to try and make it right. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else, I will never step foot in The Brick again.
Mike Robinson was our sales man and he was really good. He walked us through the different furniture types and pointed out what may interest us. He was not pushy and did not challenge us on any of our NO responses. He made arrangements for the furniture to be delivered to a different store due to our move. I will follow up with a review once I have had my furniture delivered.
Danicka is a Legend, by far the best salesperson i’ve met there.👍
