We had to replace a mattress under warranty. Process was pretty easy (although the body dent needs to be pretty deep, but ours was) and they even picked up the old one and delivered a new one. Everyone we dealt with in store and for delivery was great.
Shukri was helpful and explained all the steps for purchasing.
Very good service. Is there any updates on options for the damaged piece ? We payed for new un damaged furniture. It doesn’t seem fair or professional to sell damaged furniture at new prices. Thank you
