We recently purchased a refrigerator and the customer service was excellent. Our sales person was Erik D. He was very knowledgeable and did not pressure us to make a purchase. He was great in looking up price comparisons and comparing products that fit our needs. When picking up our fridge the staff was great with loading up our product. Thank you!

We had a very bad experience with The Brick 20yrs. ago and vowed that we would never deal with them again. We happened into the store and met Erik the sales person, he was not pushy or in your face, the trait I look for in a salesperson. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We ended up placing an order for 3 appliances for our kitchen. We got a call from Eric stating that we could get our delivery 2 weeks sooner. Trevor from the Brick in Simcoe was great! From the moment I called to check if an item was available in the showroom to the purchasing stage, we were given our space to shop, but he was also available to answer questions we had about the item we purchased.
