I bought a mattress from the brick in Winnipeg full of bed bugs. I paid for it October 14th they delivered the mattress 36 days later because they had to go to a warehouse somewhere and find the right size mattress that I bought and drag it out of a bug infested Warehouse. I've sent them pictures of the bugs that were crawling on my body I've sent them pictures of bug bites that I have on my body I've sent them pictures of bug waste that is in my room every second day. We recently purchased an LG dishwasher from The Brick in Athabasca, and I wanted to recognize Bill for the outstanding customer service he provided. I had originally contacted The Brick about a specific dishwasher model, but it wasn't expected to be in stock until later in June. 12/10 service from The Brick. I went in to purchase a new dishwasher, and within the week it was delivered, professionally installed, and my old one was hauled away. Every person I dealt with, from the instore staff to the delivery and installation team, went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth and stressfree. Excellent customer service from start to finish. Highly recommend!
