The Brick Castlegar. We recently were looking to purchase a sectional and a sofa bed for my mother who was downsizing to an apartment. We visited a number of stores in Castlegar, Trail, Genelle, Nelson, but had a wonderful low key, but professional and fun buying experience at the Brick in Castlegar. We love to get our appliances from The brick, it's an amazing store. Cam and Craiger were very helpful with bringing our fridge into the kitchen and very fast!
Sara was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with assisting us with making the big decision to purchase a new bed. We didn’t feel pressured. Would highly recommend.
An item I purchased was going to be delayed so I contacted the store and was connected with Dustin. Genuinely an excellent experience… he had other options for me to consider really quickly and I was set up for delivery within a few minutes. Would definitely recommend.
