Rene at the Brick in Castlegar location is an exceptional sales representative, someone give this man a raise! He was so great to deal with and not pushy in sales, he was truly helpful and engaging while also giving us space to shop while being available for any questions. We actually ended up buying so much more because of his approach and genuine support. It made our experience above and beyond and I would highly recommend I will be doing all my future shopping at this location with Rene. Thanks again!

I can’t say enough about two young delivery guys named Cam and Devon in the Castlegar store. They were so polite and accommodated my request to unpack the bog bos and set up the tv for me. I am 80 years young. Thanks to both of you. You’re the best and made my day.
