Furnished our living room and dining room with exactly what we wanted. Rene our sales associate from the Castlegar, B.C. Location was great. Delivery is also going to work out perfectly. We have shopped at the Brick before and also got exactly what we wanted. It is a good experience shopping at the Brick they have a great selection and good quality.
When we purchased our dishwasher on June 20th we were promised a delivery date of the first or second week of July. It did not arrive until July 31st, and no apologies/compensation were offered for the delay. Had we known it was going to take over a month to arrive, we may have chosen something different/bought elsewhere. I understand that the delay was likely the fault of the manufacturer but The Brick is representing the manufacturer by selling their product and shouldn't be promising dates they can't meet. Tamara was wonderful and helpful throughout my entire experience at the castlegar brick. Would highly recommend seeing her if you need anything.

Delivery guys Cam and Devin did an excellent job at bringing in our washing machine, courteous, polite and took care not to scratch our floor . Extremely happy with the Brick .
