I ordered a full new build appliance package from the brick and Dustin Melo helped me from start to finish with pricing, ordering and scheduling delivery. Dustin was excellent with everything , gave me a great price on all appliances , worked with ferry strike issues to schedule the delivery over to the east shore, and was amazing with any questions or concerns I had. Delivery guys Cam and Rob were prompt and professional. They listened to my concerns and responded diligently.
We were replacing 2 appliances, we already knew what price range and measurements. We also knew the brands we didn’t want. The whole process took 20 minutes start to finish. Now to wait and see how the delivery and removal goes. Rene was the sales person that finalized the transaction.

I had some great customer service at the Brick after I learned that my fridge and stove would be delayed another 2 months after waiting one month already. They found me another brand and gave me a great price and delivery will be in a week!
