I was supposed to receive a couch today from the Brick as I have family coming in this weekend. I didn't hear anything from them and so I called them to ask about it and then they tried to tell me that some orders got bumped from the truck and I'll get my couch next week. I will never again buy from the Brick (this is my 3rd couch I've bought from the Brick, not from the Yorkton location). I'm not impressed and wish I could rate 0 stars...... now I'll wait for the generic computerized reply from the Brick
Worse place ever and I dont even live there!! To be honest they dont deserve one star for this!! My sister bought a couch from here expecting to have it for when her family arrives out of town let alone out of the province that she hasnt seen in years to be ready for there arrival and gets this call saying her couch didnt make it on the truck so she has to wait another week, now she has to let her sister and neice down telling them they can't stay with her. We came into the Brick looking for a stove and fridge and were greeted by Jen. She showed us what would work the best for us and was very knowledgeable with all the products. She is a definite asset to the store and we will definitely be shopping there again.
