Although the time to actually get my couch was postponed twice, I'm very satisfied with the product itself and the delivery service. The delivery was very professional and well organized despite poor weather conditions.
Poor service and selection
DO NOT EVER SHOP HERE. This place has the worst customer service, horrible products and a scam type warranty. We purchased a couch mid October 2024. At that time the woman we bought it from was aware where we worked and that our company had a discount (not to our knowledge) so we paid full price. We had to return to get the difference back a few days later once we found out. Fast forward 5 months where this couch breaks. Depends which time....the first time getting a washer and dryer I'd say it was a -500 stars but this time getting kitchen appliances I'd say +5 stars.
