Very very poor service. Keep shifting the date of my delivery for the past 3 weeks without any call
I don't advise anyone to deal with them..... I purchased a mattress from this location, expecting a smooth process and a quality product. Unfortunately, when the mattress began to fail in terms of quality and comfort, the experience turned into a frustrating and time-consuming runaround. I first contacted The Brick directly, and they initially acknowledged that the issue might be related to the mattress failing quality standards.
