I was in and out of there in about 15 minutes. I am so happy with my purchase and was met with amazing customer service as soon as I walked in. Alicia worked with me and helped me save almost $100 off my purchase due to an upcoming deal. The delivery guys brought in the couch, set it up and took away the garbage. They were super friendly and polite. Not a single hitch.
Beware of The Brick! We received a chair we did not order! We went into the store in search of a power recliner. Bill helped us find one, only to find to our surprise that we received a manual one instead. We called the store within minutes and were told the order # on the invoice was for a manual one and a special order?! We could not talk to Bil but instead were referred to customer service.
