Yikes! Social media ads said to drop in to enter their contest “no purchase necessary.” My daughter-in-law and I popped in and we were met very cooly when we inquired about the ballots. We were told we had to make a purchase to enter OR write a 50-word essay, but if the essay wins then I have to make a purchase to claim the prize. What?
