Face value, the item bought seem good (I haven’t used it yet). Aftersale service is quite chaotic. A pre-arranged and fully paid-for haul-away/pickup service was treated like an inconvenient favor. Upon arrival, their team said and I quote, “pickup is not part of what sales team put in the contract”, which negated what was earlier discussed, what the man himself had earlier confirmed, and what was clearly spelled out in the receipt. I had such a wonderful experience at The Brick. I went in feeling very stressed about buying a new washing machine, but the staff immediately put me at ease. They were incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to walk me through the different options, explaining the features of each machine and helping me choose the one that was the best fit for my needs. They also clearly explained the delivery process, including that they would remove my old washing machine, which was a huge help. They let me know they don’t do ... read more
