Joey and Jessica have been so amazing to us. We have purchased many appliances and furniture from them over the years. They’ve always been such great supporters of the community and just genuine lovely people. We definitely recommend everyone to shop at The Brick in Brooks. They definitely deserve more stars than I can give!
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The customer service was extremely disappointing—especially from the woman with short, colourful hair, she was exceptionally rude and disrespectful toward customers. If you choose to work in an industry where speaking kindly to customers is essential, and you can’t deliver that basic courtesy, then perhaps it’s time to consider a different career.
Absolutely nothing personal or negative to say about any staff. I purchased a matching washer and dryer online mid April and website said expected delivery April 29. On May 3 got the wash machine and no dryer. I was told today dryer will be delivered to my residence next week on May 16. I will be stuck having to go to local laundromat for a month which is a massive inconvenience. As to whether I'd deal with The Brick again?...The jury is still out on that one.
