Decent deals on furniture, but they have no valid local agreements to fix the major appliances that they sell. So you will be waiting for out of town technicians to put you in a queue of other clients so that they can justify the trip out. No mechanism or motivation to change things either. 1.5+ months with a broken dishwasher. The regional owner has a maintenance tech problem across his other stores in Alberta and Saskatchewan as well.
Things change. Bait and switch sales tactics. Not appreciated. Do not recommend to anyone.
Pretty pleased with the fact I got to go in and bring home a bed and frame/headboard today however after reviewing the receipt when I got home I realized there was no discount not even 5% off the bed frame/headboard there should have been considering I bought the floor model bed frame due to them not being able to get one in for another 10 days seems a bit bizarre to me. We make a point to buy all our household appliances and furniture locally from their store because of the great experience they provide. They’ve really elevated the reputation of The Brick and made shopping local an easy choice!
