Excellent customer service. Special mention to Anuv, who assisted me with selecting and matching each item with an affordable price. Look for him when you shop at the Weston location.
My mother and I had a very upsetting experience at The Brick (401 & Weston). A sales rep named Colin Johnson was extremely rude and dismissive when I asked to cancel an order. When I explained that the items had been purchased under pressure, he rolled his eyes, raised his voice, and told me not to use the word “pressure” because he’s “DJ So Cool” and doesn’t pressure anyone.
