Excellent customer service from both Meena and Himanshu! They were super patient and accommodating with my budget and worked out a reasonable package deal. Highly recommend!!
We recently bought some furniture from The Brick Weston Road and had a seamless experience. Himanshu and Ishita were great at helping us pick the right furniture and patiently answered all our questions. Would highly recommend considering this store for future purchases.
Quick and pleasant
I’m giving it a 3 out of 5 because although I do like the furniture I do not like the people they sent for my couch, it was too big for apartment which I don’t realize it , but when they made a hole on the ceiling they guys never even apologized but were rude to me. I also think they need to work on customer service within the brick the lady helping me was kind of rude , she just seemed annoyed .
