This was my our first experience with infrared sauna and float room. My husband and I enjoyed the experience immensely. Rooms were clean and private. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend
I was gifted the Total Reset package at Breathing Room, and it was such a relaxing experience from start to finish. I began in the salt room, which was calming and helped me ease into everything. Then I moved to the infrared sauna, where the gentle heat helped me fully unwind and release tension. I ended with float therapy, which was definitely the highlight being weightless in a quiet space was incredibly peaceful and refreshing.
