Just emerged from an afternoon at The Breathing Rooms. What a great way to end the week! My first visit, and I'll be back. Do yourself a favor and book some time there. I loved the Salt Room.
The Breathing Room is fantastic. A peaceful rest is always had in the meditation room, the salt room is huge, and the hot tub is perfect.
The spa club is the best for a full reset and decompress. We have gone where a few times but this last time was exactly what you need to decompress and relax. I will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone to spend a few hours and pamper yourself.
Such a relaxing experience from start to finish. The red light room and red light sauna felt incredibly calming, and the cold plunge was the perfect refreshing reset. I loved unwinding in the relaxation hammocks — the whole space has such a peaceful, restorative vibe. Jessie took amazing care of us and was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and informative, which made the experience even better. If you’re looking to truly disconnect, recharge, and leave feeling refreshed, I highly recommend checking this place out.
