What an incredible experience at The Breathing Rooms! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — exactly what we needed. We did the sauna and ice bath and absolutely loved it. Jesse was knowledgeable, warm, and made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. The space was immaculate and thoughtfully put together. This was my our first experience with infrared sauna and float room. My husband and I enjoyed the experience immensely. Rooms were clean and private. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend
