What an incredible experience at The Breathing Rooms! From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was calm, welcoming, and beautifully designed — exactly what we needed. This was my our first experience with infrared sauna and float room. My husband and I enjoyed the experience immensely. Rooms were clean and private. We will definitely be going back and highly recommend
I was gifted the Total Reset package at Breathing Room, and it was such a relaxing experience from start to finish. I began in the salt room, which was calming and helped me ease into everything. Then I moved to the infrared sauna, where the gentle heat helped me fully unwind and release tension.
