The safety that Anna provided during the group breathwork session was transformational. Her strength, courage and presence allowed me to unravel, process the deepest parts of me, and return anew. I’m incredibly grateful for her (and Oznet’s) intuitive and gentle guidance. The three-hour session felt beautifully planned with the right amount of instruction, partner/group work, journaling, breath work, reflection, and closing. These monthly sessions are now locked in my calendar.

I had a fantastic time with Anna and Andrew hosting their last speed dating event. It’s such a well thought out speed dating, but without the added anxiety and there’s so many fun and nostalgic activities which makes dating a breeze.
I have been blessed to have been seeing Anna for holistic psychotherapy, for the past year. I have been able to grow and move through fears and patterns that I have had all my life...it has been life changing on every level! Anna holds a very safe, nurturing space, and is amazing at listening and intuitively responding and guiding each session. I will be forever grateful for Anna and the work she does 🙏
