I was selling an EnviLiv aero road bike to an online used bicycle reseller, and my husband and I took the bike to this shop to get it professionally boxed for FedEx shipment, in accordance with very specific instructions from the bicycle reseller and to not incur a very high oversized box fee from FedEx. I just moved here. I bought a bike carrier online, SHOULD HAVE BOUGHT IT HEAR. I used the Break to put it together. This came w no directions. They called the mfg who offered no help on a question and the Break had to print out 40 pages of instruction. The Break KNOWS AND HAS GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. BEST BIKE SHOP IN NH AND MA!! They are one stop shopping for Mountain and Street Needs. Can’t say enough about them. THEY REINVENTED CUSTOMER SERVICE. GO AND FIND OUT FOR YOURSELVES. ITS WORTH THE TRIP AND BIKE ADVICE.
I couldn't be happier with my buying experience with BBS! The quality of the bikes is only surpassed by the wonderful customer service of the associates. Andrew walked me through every step of process and was very patient with my many questions. Their prices are very reasonable and after calling 5 other shops, they were the most responsive and friendly. It's tough to find this kind of customer service in any business these days! Highly Recommended !!!
