I couldn't be happier with my buying experience with BBS! The quality of the bikes is only surpassed by the wonderful customer service of the associates. Andrew walked me through every step of process and was very patient with my many questions. Their prices are very reasonable and after calling 5 other shops, they were the most responsive and friendly. It's tough to find this kind of customer service in any business these days! Highly Recommended !!!

They fixed my flat here in 10 minutes right before closing for only 25 dollars (including a new inner tube). Employees were very nice - great experience all around
