I believed the high price would equate to high quality. I was wrong. Overpriced subpar sourdough. 4 out of 10
Terrible....just terrible.
It's a wholesaler not a store but owner was awesome
The break wasn't spectacular. Got coastal sourdough and it seamed that the sour was left out tasted way wheaty. The brown butter cookies tasted like sugared saltines. Overall did like the consistency of the sourdough just not the flavor.
Outstanding sourdough and cardamom knots! Puts prager brothers and other big local bakeries to shame, not even in the same league.
