Update again: Tried match play again on Friday in August, but pit boss Jimmy white guy with glasses along with black guy said it does not exist. Fake casino comps. Previous: Fake comps - mailers for table match play; sometimes it works; sometimes they say you need the mailer to bring in which it doesn’t say and clearly a bait and switch. After my legacy playing here over a decade; never again with that kind of low respect. Hope it was worth it. Recommend the higher integrity casinos.
Food was average at best. Service was sub par. One pizza chef went out of his way, though. We were appreciative.
Update: Christine, the Director of Player Services called me back and was very friendly and appreciative to hear of this practice occurring which she did does not condone and is going to reprimand this particular pit boss employee. Also shout out to Jorge the best bartender. Overall Triple Crown casinos are good; I do wish the lighting was a little more warm again at the brass ass like it used to be; it feels a little colder up here now and not as vibrant.
