The Brass Alligator recently hosted an estate sale for me at the home of a good friend’s mother who had passed away, and to say it was overwhelming would be an understatement. Walking in, it felt impossible—decades of accumulation packed into every corner. It was emotional, heavy, and honestly hard to even know where to begin. Brian and his team stepped in and completely changed the situation. They didn’t just see “stuff”—they saw the story behind it. They treated everything with care and respect, understanding that a lot of... read more
Oh my gosh, I have never been to the estate sale like this I could’ve stayed for hours. I did stay for a couple. My friend Pam and I went and we were blown away. I’ve never seen such a selection and then this man named Brian Was the sweetest guy! I think he’s the owner maybe and he just was so calm and so sweet to us so nice unbelievable with lines everywhere but he still kept his composure and treated us so nice and even called somebody up from the basement to help us load wow a wonderful experience I can’t wait to attend a... read more
I have used Brian and his staff with many of my clients who are downsizing or facing a family life-changing event. This is an emotional experience for my clients as they go through the items and the memories that are attached. My most r... read more
Absolutely ridiculous experience with The Brass Alligator this past weekend (3/28–3/29). The sale was completely unorganized and unprofessional. They changed prices at checkout without warning. A sign clearly advertised “unmarked clothing $6 each,” and I picked up some crewnecks that were unmarked—suddenly my $6 crewnecks became $10 because “they were handmade patchwork appliqué,” even though they weren’t marked and should have fallen under the $6 unmarked clothing category. You cannot advertise one price and then make up an... read more
Absolutely unacceptable experience with Brass Alligator Estate Sales. Day one was a complete mess — they let far too many people in at once, creating a chaotic, overcrowded environment. Day two was even worse, with customers forced to stand outside for over an hour with zero organization or communication. The pricing was beyond ridiculous. They were charging $1 per stem of small Dollar Tree florals — not even a full bouquet. That alone should tell you everything about how this sale was run. Then on half-price day, things bec... read more
