This was the very best Internet buying experience I have ever had. There are so many good reasons to shop here. The service is fantastic and very personal. I got a Stetson that I have been looking for two years delivered fast and it came with a personal handwritten thank you note. The hat was perfect and exactly what I had hoped. I visited Tombstone for my birthday last October. The Branding Iron provided me with outstanding customer service, and the most wonderful hat. Unfortunately, I can't remember the lady's name who assisted me. She went above and beyond to help find just the right hat. I can't begin to tell you how many comments I've received since purchasing this bad boy! ThankU!!
I wish I could remember the name of the wonderful lady that helped me pick out a new cowboy hat and also helped my son with his new boots. She was so fun to work with and I told her not to let me leave without a hat. I didn't feel pressured to spend more than I had planned, in fact I left spending around $50 less than I told her my budget was for a hat. Thanks for all the time you tool with me and my son
Walked in looking for a hoodie, didn't see the one I wanted in the right size. One of the ladies working thought they had more sizes in their other store and actually walked to the other store to get the size I wanted. Above and beyond customer service!
