Attention Fellow BAs, I would like to bring to your attention some concerns regarding our work with this agency. In the future, please be cautious, as they have a history of not paying on time and, when payments are made, they are often not in full.
After years of event work and 250+ gigs, I have never encountered such unprofessional behavior from a company. Once the event and your day of work is done, Matthew goes MIA. Doesn't answer emails or calls. Their contract details regarding payment time is a lie. I also spoke directly with the client, who informed me 'Brand Pillars' aka Matthew were paid WEEKS prior and holding onto our payment. You will be chasing your money and spend hours writing emails and making calls if you agree to work for this sham of a company.
Matthew is extremely deceiving and doesn’t pay on time ! Do not work for this company I promise you IT WILL BE A HEADACHE trying to get your money!
Worst. Company. Ever. Scammers who don't pay employees/contractors.
Matthew Newman ( The Owner ) does shady business. Like other reviews, DO NOT EXPECT TO BE PAID ON TIME. Matthew & Kimberly are both in kahoots on not releasing funds and they cut ALL communication after you work an event for them. PLEASE STEER CLEAR !
