I cannot praise this care home enough. After two false starts Mum has finally found the right care home where she is very happy and the ethos is all about the residents needs and comfort. The staff really care and right from the start it was clear they all (including the manger) knew her personality, likes and dislikes. A wonderful home. My lovely dad was so well looked after here. The staff are wonderful, kind and funny. I cant cant thank them enough for all the little kindness's shown - my dad has been in a few homes - this one was nothing short of outstanding. They looked after all of us as well when he passed away Lovely kind staff and managers.
