Mike is great! I had a hard to find item for my camper suspension that hardly anyone else could even understand yet alone find. Mike not only understood, but found me multiple different sizes and explained the different purposes and uses for each. I felt the pricing was more than fair and was so happy to have options. Nice friendly guys fixed our trailer tires. Very professional and courteous. Great roadside assistance. Took care of us and got us on the road.
I called the Brake Company in Boerne to get a trailer hitch installed, and they never answered the phone. Also, they did not have an answering machine. After several attempts, I gave up. In today’s business environment, this is a portrayal of poor customer service. I went to their competitor and got a hitch installed with excellent customer service. I cannot recommend this company.
