We have been to this escape room a few times and enjoyed it. We had to reschedule from an emergency that made us unable to go a few months ago in which they allowed us to put the paid balance toward our new booking. I feel they need to do some work on the place. The bathroom was terribly dirty like leafs and debris everywhere. Things were dusty and just didn’t seem to be kept up well. Really not very good. We did the Witch's Cabin. Seemed like a lot of the props around the room were broken. The tasks did not flow well, and when we got clues, twice they were things we had already done. Certainly not going to try the other two rooms. There are much better escape rooms near by for the same price.

The room itself was great. This review is about the staff. They were no where to be found when we asked for clues so much so we had to leave the room to get help. They were so busy playing around with each other that we were in the room five minutes after the time went out waiting for them to get us. Only for us to just decide to leave ourselves. They were just sitting there laughing. We won’t be back.
