The Bowker Building on 109 Street is one of my favourite structures on the Legislative Grounds. I’ve walked around this area countless times over the years, often with the puppies, and it’s always been a pleasure to pass by. All the construction appears to be complete now. It looks like they had to carve out a trough around the perimeter to address grading and water diversion, clearly done to protect the integrity of the building.
