Carole was recommended to me to help with various aches & pains ! I will be honest I had never heard of the Bowen treatment before but after my first meeting with Carole I can’t recommend it enough 😊 Carole is very friendly & knowledgeable lady & passionate about her profession! Being introduced to Carole and Bowen therapy has been a godsend. I had been struggling with sciatica in my leg and hip, at times unable to walk. Carole worked gently on me, locating sites of tension and pain, which were gradually eased until I am now pain free. I appreciated her sensitive approach and the way she explained what she was doing. Bowen therapy works and Carole is an excellent therapist. A gentle therapy that’s really helped me - back, repetitive strain injury, tennis elbow, knees, the list is endless. I’d absolutely recommend Carole.

Carole has been treating me for several years now. I find the treatment really helps with my spinal condition which is exacerbated by sitting for long periods. Having tried almost all other treatments, Bowen is the only one which works for me.. I still don’t quite understand exactly how it works, but it does! Carole is a delight to work with, so if you are thinking of trying the treatment give her a call!
