My Daughter and I go there they are wonderful people and they do understand my daughter. What she is going through, I finely git help for her and understand about her.
I have had good and bad therapist here. Sometimes it takes a bit to find a good fit. I love the people here always helpful and listen to my concerns
We really enjoyed our Therapist Vanessa. Unfortunately she has been out for several months (not the issue). Today, had an appt for 9:15 with Vanessa. I get a call at 815 to cancel because Vanessa is out. I call back to get scheduled asap to find out she won't be back until May. Why am I getting a phone call 1 hour prior to appt?! 10/04/24 TESTING FOR ADHD I had an appointment with Kelly after she asked me questions about my whole life. She tells me she will not get me a full diagnosis for ADHD. I asked why?! she said she can put me on a waiting list for 1.5 years untill then she could be me on a non stimulant. I told her I have had adderall before and I know it works for me. This place is soooo bad! Doesn’t listen to you as the patient regarding any previous treatment you received or the meds you’re on. Ended up prescribing me a concoction that sent me to the psych ward. Vanessa Hogan, my therapist, cancelled appointment on me & never called me to reschedule. Then she turned around and reported me as non compliant for missing that appt. which got me into a lot of trouble. Now she won’t even return my call.
