before moving into any village, look into issues that are current. the owner of this village has way more complaints than others and contracts will make it hard and costly for residents to leave. there is a lot of toxicity here, so be very weary, for underneath there is a seething mess that you may have to fight. you want to have quiet enjoyment and here is not the place
Looks all good on the outside until you've got a family member or friend somebody who moves in there and then you find out that all hell breaks loose there in parts of it , It is not run to the standards advertised , this is just my opinion anyway for what it's worth
