At this point I feel as though the only way to get my taxes done is to write a negative review. I sent in my information in February hoping to get them done early. I was emailed On April 15 that they were completed and awaiting further information from me to complete the return. Ever since, it’s been 2 months of 1-2 week late responses of stalling. My patience has been too graceful because frankly, nobody else would have put up with this level of disrespect.
The process for preparing my taxes for this year went well. The staff is very kind. However I do feel I was overcharged for issues associated with my previous tax year. Communication could have been better. I don’t feel like I received the service I was charged for.
This is the 2nd year using Michael. He knows what he’s doing. I will continue to recommend him.
