STAY AWAY ! I had this internet provider growing up (10+ years), I REALLY wish it was less but I was living with my parents. They promise you an internet speed, then you only get have of the mbps promised. Only to be told you need a wired connection to get full strength, fair enough. However, receiving LESS than half the promised internet speed is a joke. I will NEVER give century link my business again, and will always refer friends/family far far away from you guys !
Accidentally put the wrong address in when I purchased a plan. Trying to contact support so I could update my address was a NIGHTMARE. I mean, sitting in Starbucks for 2 hours and being transferred to multiple different people, explaining the SAME situation and stating my address over and over was terrible. Can't speak for the quality of the internet yet, though. We will see!
I cannot stream anything. Have called multiple times. Purchased new equipment and it is worse than ever. Maybe this will help if they give a hoot.
After 20 years of being a customer, continued to charge for service after requesting disconnection. Then began adding additional fees.
