Aunt is throwing up nurses aid said she does it all the time. Then proceeds to take her time checking her vitals and then leaves says she'll be back and doesn't return. Than a nurses aid comes in and I ask her a question and she gives me attitude. For what you charge them to live there they should get better care

I am Janet and I cannot tell you how wonderful the staff was to me everybody it was such a wonderful experience being with everybody all the staff was such a positive experience I don't know if they even realized that they made such an impression in my life I will carry it for the rest of my life I would recommend this place to anybody who needs positive affirmation in the best nursing care ever if I ever needed them again I would go back especially all the nursing staff they did not show anything but happiness laughs and sm... read more

Greetings, My stay at Bostonian Popes Hill Room 218-1 "THE QUEEN SUITE" was absolutely "Wonderful". The Staff were very Caring, Kind, Supportive and showed me so much Empathy which will never be forgotten and very much appreciated. Am very grateful to the Bostonian and the care they provided to our loved one. The entire staff whether a direct care person, part of the administration, or various support staff displayed such kindness during a difficult time and were really wonderful. The facility was very clean and our special someone felt loved and cared for by everyone. .
