went into The Bootjack to buy my first cowboy hat and the staff was incredibly helpful. I had a million questions and they were patient with every single one. They made sure I found the perfect fit and style, and the whole experience felt welcoming, not rushed. You can tell they care about what they do. I’ll definitely be back—might even get some boots next time. Ask for Jessika with a k!!!
